Reminders and check-ins
A reminder the day before each session with Confirm, Change and Cancel buttons, and an optional weekly check-in.
Plans, exercises and progress
Clients ask for today’s workout, “how do I do a Romanian deadlift?” (your steps and demo video) or their meal plan, get meal ideas that fit the macro targets you set (if you switch it on), log measurements and send progress photos, kept privately for you.
Payments to you
Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay you directly; their sessions are added automatically. Or use your own payment links. Cleva never holds your money.

Every client in one list with flags, a page per client (goals, health, sessions, package, plans, progress, chat), your calendar, and a feed for your phone’s calendar.
Pricing
£29 a month for a solo trainer, unlimited clients, after a 14-day free trial. Yearly: 12 months for the price of 10.
£99 a month for a studio: up to 5 trainers, each with their own clients, hours and calendar, on one WhatsApp number.
WhatsApp’s own charges for reminders sent outside a 24-hour chat (a couple of pence each) go to your WhatsApp Business account. Stripe’s fees apply to card payments you take.
- It’s open about being an assistant. It speaks as your assistant, says it’s AI if asked, and never pretends to be you.
- Health answers are encrypted and only you see them. Progress photos are private to you and your client.
- Data is deleted 12 months after a client’s last session, or sooner on request.
- You own your number and WhatsApp Business account. Leave any time and keep them.
